After hiring Aaron to draft a couple contracts for me he noticed a fair amount of legal issued I had within our corporations which would have resulted in us being very vulnerable. Since then he has taken care of all our legal needs and does so in a very timely manner. Really blessed to have him as our legal counsel.

Lawyers don't conversation with opposite party until trial. Don't know about their service yet

When I initially called the office to handle my evection case. Jamie and Tabitha made the situation very simple and said, the tenant will definitely be evicted. They asked me for $450 (Case fee), which I paid. When one of the attorneys (Elizabeth) went to court against the tenant, the tenant knew more than the lawyers did LOL. It was funny to me because it seems like this office with all the attorneys, they don't keep themselves updated with the new laws and regulations, including tenant's rights. It's one of the two, they either knew they were going to lose the case and just wanted to make money, or they did not know. The tenant is still living in my property, and I wasted the money paying these attorneys who lacks the knowledge. It's my loss, I lost $450.00, so now, I need to move on and find another knowledgeable attorney. Thanks for the experience! P.S. The one star is for their communication. They respond to your emails within 48 hours (I give them credit for that)

I had excellent experience with Mr. Cox. He corrected mishandling of the case by another colleague. He was prompt, available, on time, good listener and address the issues related to the case efficiently.

My group owns over 400 single family homes around Metro Detroit. As any landlord in the Metro Detroit area knows, there are a number of legal issues that come with owning a rental these days. Without Aaron, we likely wouldn't continue to operate in Metro Detroit. Between deadbeat tenants, and cities that want to bully landlords it's barely worth it. But we know Aaron has us covered. He's saved us tens of thousands of dollars, while COLLECTING past due rents etc. He more than pays for himself. I don't give court notices a second thought, I just send it off to Aaron, and I know it's handled. I recently had a building official tell me to my face, they were taking a very expensive repair off an inspection list, because he knew I would just send the notice to Aaron, and he would lose anyhow. If you're in real estate, a good lawyer is just as valuable as a good plumber or builder. And you won't find better.
