Matt reviewed our contract and located several flaws which we did were not aware of. As a result the company we signed a contract, kept our very large deposit and refused to refund us. We hired Matt to start ligation and get our deposit back. Matt began a process that we thought would take at least at year or more. Matt acquired each license necessary to publish songs spanning from jazz standards to hit pop songs in my book.
