Ryann Embury is a very courteous, professional and responsive personal injury attorney. Ryann and the staff at Miller Embury, PLLC worked very diligently on my case for more than a year to ensure a fair settlement for multiple serious injuries sustained when I was lawfully riding my bicycle on a road and was struck by a motor vehicle. The driver of the vehicle was issued a citation by the Traverse City Police Department for "Hazardous Action - Failed to Yield". Miller & Embury is an amazing law firm! They are a small firm when it comes to how they handle clients; they are caring, offer great support, great communication and knowledge, and most impressive of all Ryan & Nate answer their own phones 99% of the time. I would put them up against large firm/insurance company anytime; they are really tough in negotiations! My case should have been an easy one, but a large downstate firm screwed around with it and never got anywhere. Then I found Miller & Embury, Ryann was wonderful!!!!! He was very approachable, easy to communicate with and worked endlessly on my case to get what I deserved. It was no easy task, but he did it! Well, the attorneys at Miller Embury are very courteous, respectful, and very professional. They will walk you through every step and work with you to ensure you get what you deserve. They've literally poured probably Hundreds of thousands of dollars of work hours into our case alone knowing the return wouldn't be a fraction of that. Knowing this, I was cautious at first thinking the case wouldn't be worth it to them, and they would drop us. But, they never tilted or deviated from our case or complained about our case and kept reassuring us they'd be with us at the end. They are very honest, caring people who care about their clients that depend on them. I never once had to worry about whether they had our best interest at heart or not. They literally treated us like we were their only client, even though -- we weren't. I can honestly say, I believe they really do enjoy helping people and care about your situation. I would definitely use them again and I definitely recommend anybody who is hurt on the roads in Michigan by a bad driver to let them help you. Ryann is an awesome guy..
