Gene was my attorney for a custody case that lasted 9yrs and overall 26yrs. We went to appeals court 2 times. Rozmiarek v Rozmiarek. He fought hard and saw it through until we won. He was professional and flexible. He was available 7days week most times and all hours. He stood his ground against less than professional attorneys. He would push hard on issues with the judge, friend of the court and other attorneys.

I met with Gene numerous times in his office and we went over everything that i wanted to discuss in court. I met with him on 1/5/22 to go over things then I met with him on 1/10/22 the morning of my court hearing to go over things again but when the court hearing started and the judge was making her ruling Gene didn't do anything on my behalf. the judge talked, the mother of my children talked but Gene said nothing. he didn't bring up any of the things we went over, he didn't fight for me and in my eyes he got intimidated by the judge.

Mr. Ferguson and his wife are wonderful people and definitely helped me through a tough time.
