Worst lawyer ever! They just want money with no correspondence or help in any way!

Wont Return calls or emails. Pretty much took my money for a divorce. Wife left years ago and want into hiding. He kept telling me the judge wanted a signature for her. Kept telling me he needed more money for filing fees. Found out recently that nothing was filed in any court in MI. Keep calling his office for a copy of my records and how much i paid him and no return calls.

Mr. Jones has a reputation for not returning phone calls and emails, he did this as our GAL, who was supposed to work in the best interest of the children, yet he did not respond even when there were urgent issues regarding the children. He refused to understand an abusive situation, downplaying it and even ignoring it, Worse he would lie to me and the children saying he was going to make changes that would help them and then not only did not keep his word but supported and recommended things that caused more harm. Threatening children and mothers with jail time while ignoring abuse and the detrimental effects it had on children should never happen.

Does not respond to calls or emails, even when something urgent is happening with a child. In my opinion, Mr. Jones seems to have no understanding of domestic abuse and how it affects children. As our GAL, he did not (in my opinion and my children's opinion) make recommendations in the best interest of the children. When I told my new attorney who our GAL was, he immediately responded with "Does he ever return your calls?"-this is Mr. Jones' reputation among lawyers as well!

He is a fabulous Attorney would definitely recommend him to anyone
