Mr. Jones is a no nonsense, straight forward, tough yet fair, thoughtful and thorough mediator. He has a great sense of humor and takes great care in making sure his clients are comfortable and understand everything before completing their work. I would recommend him to anyone needing the services he provides.

Excellent Family Law attorney.

Very difficult to get ahold of, does not return calls or emails in a timely manner. I have been waiting for an order to be submitted to the court for over three months in a family case. He is unprofessional in the tone and way he handles his cases and clients. He stated he did not have a problem with my son being hit in anger by his abusive father, and the marks left on my son (father has record of domestic violence from several previous relationships, probabtion, etc). He let me know that the family court judge previously assigned to my case "only ordered in favor of parties wearing a skirt." He discredited my son's account of abuse and tried to make him look like a problem child to the court. After court ordered therapy and drug testing my son's accounts were proved true. Rather than Michael making things right and helping to submit the final order, he has been completely unreachable for three months. Many calls and emails to his staff and I now have another laywer and am filing a complaint against his license.

This attorney will charge you up front, and address your issues later on...if he can get around to it. I was referred to Mike Jones, by a friend who had a pleasant consultation with him, but did not hire him. He comes across well, but his case load is seemingly too busy to give my case the attentions it needs. I wish more lawyers would be honest and say, "I'm not taking new clients right now." Save your money and hire someone who will ACT on all of their promises. Buyers remorse!

Mr. Jones came highly recommended. I will say that it saddens me to write this review as I was extremely disappointed. Do not trust him and know his office staff is extremely incompetent. Hire someone else. You will be glad you did.

Mike has been a big part of my life for about 5 years now he helped me get custody of my daughter. he has also helped my wife enforce child support .

If you like winning, then hire R. Michael Jones as your attorney. Unprecedented in every aspect of the game.
