I reached out to Michael Sims as I was going through a very difficult time. I was in a relationship and we had bought a new home to renovate and I got a cancer diagnosis that darkened my world which sad to say ended the relationship. My name was on the mortgage and my ex wanted me to sign a quit claim deed to remove me from the Title. I knew that would still leave me financially responsible. I really needed help with dealing with this real estate issue as I wasn't thinking clearly and going through radiation treatments. A dear friend recommended Michael due to his real estate expertise.
