Words cannot begin to express how grateful I am for Brandon Thomson.  My father passed away unexpectedly, and as the personal representative, I was left to pick up the pieces of the estate. Brandon was empathetic, patient, and took the time to walk me through each step of the process.  I am so lucky Brandon was on my team during one of the worst moments of my life, and I cannot thank him enough.

I spoke with Brandon regarding a problem I was having with my mother's Social Security/Medicare. He did an excellent job explaining the various items and how I could fix them. He took his time and explained slow enough so I could write it down as I had a stroke a few years ago and talking on the phone is very difficult. Brandon was very thorough and kind. I highly recommend him!!

Brandon did a phenomenal job of walking our family through the Medicaid process when my father had to be placed in a nursing home. He educated us and through his services the court ruled that my mother could keep all of the assets that my parents worked hard all their lives to earn. Overall he saved my parents tens of thousands of dollars and allowed my mother to continue to live in the manner that she lived prior to my dad going into the nursing home.

I am in the middle of untangling my parents' web of issues as they are old and in senior housing. In 20 minutes (did not charge me!) Brandon gave me more answers than the dozen other people I have talked to over the last 3 months. He is knowledgeable, humble and thorough. Highly recommend...5 Stars.

I needed to get my aunt on Medicaid and find her a place in a nursing home. Brandon and his staff not only assisted me with preparing all of the paperwork but also assisted me in finding a bed for her in a nursing home that accepted Medicaid. He and his office staff couldn’t have been more helpful. They are very knowledgeable and made the whole process so much easier for me. My aunt passed away in October 2019. Brandon and his staff also assisted me with her small estate. Again very professional and always available if I had a question.

Brandon contacted me after I inquired assistance with my elderly mother’s life insurance policies. He presented me with a few options and reassured me that I was taking the necessary steps. Brandon was a delight to talk to and assured me I could contact him again if needed and he provided me with his paralegal’s information in case of an immediate need. I would highly recommend Brandon for legal assistance!

He very clearly explained the legalisms relevant to my concern [an estate dispute], and presented me with several strategies to reconcile my situation. (None of which I particularly like, but c'est la vie!) If I choose to move forward legally, rather than with my first impulse - to throw a brick through my brother's window in the dead of night - I will not hesitate in hiring him. He appears to be one of the "good ones".

We hired Attr. Thompson to compete a will for us and found him to be very helpful, knowledgeable and personable. He was easy to work with and skillful in expressing legalese in layman's terms. He was forthright in answering all our questions and we never felt pressured in decisions we had to make.
