I was impressed by Charlie's professionalism! Also he made time to call me back after hours (7pm!) This is over and above in my opinion! Thank you Goldman & Associates and Charlie!!

I would give it a 3.5 if I could. I never ended up hiring their services, I am simply giving my review on the interactions that I had with their staff. I had one interaction with one lawyer specifically. He was the first person that contacted me. He was okay as far as his customer service. He did not really show interest nor did he show that he even cared that I would hire his services. Being upfront is good but sometimes when it is too forward it can come off as rude. He kept mentioning how expensive they are and was honestly quite boastful about his firm. To each their own, if you earned bragging rights then by all means! But they were a stranger to me and I needed a little more than just being told you are the best. If you keep mentioning how expensive you are, you make me feel like you are too good for me. Which is the wrong answer, you should be willing to serve the public. Maybe even if he was right, as a lawyer I feel like you could at least guide some one in the right direction. Like "Hey maybe you can't afford us, but you know what? I know this firm, they are within your budget range and they are super good." or maybe "If you can't hire us full time how about a sit down where we can coach you or give you instructions on how to move forward on your own'. Something that shares knowledge to your public, but I did not get that. So I was super hesitant about hiring them. Then someone by the name of Jay, I think is his name. His interaction was much more pleasing. He seemed a lot more relaxed, interested and concerned about my situation. He asked questions like "Have you thought about it?", "Did you find anyone else?", "Are you satisfied?". I did express my concerns about how the lawyer had said they were too expensive and I wouldn't be able to hire them. But he said yes it is true, however, we have different ways we can go about payment. I wished that was said to me. Would I had hire them then? ehh Probably not. But it is still a good thing to know. I guess with the staff it can be a hit or miss. If there is anything else that I could critique would probably be their emails. Although all of their emails have educational videos on Custody Laws. The amount of emails that I received was maybe too extensive. My email had even categorized it as a SPAM. Looking at them they seem more like a commercial. It felt like a "IF YOU CALL NOW YOU WILL GET TWO FOR THE PRICE OF ONE" type of feeling. Other than that, nothing else. I would like to thank Jay for keeping up with me and his amazing customer service.

Matt Motley assisted with a residential lease agreement. He was responsive, diligent, and addressed each party's questions and concerns. I would retain his services again.

The second time I called and asked for the same attorney, he was just as kind and patient with my case. I'm thrilled with this firm. Mat Motley is a stellar attorney. Third time, I was give excellent direction in the situation I needed help with!

Great guy

I would recommend this practice! They’re extremely efficient and thorough. Unfortunately, I did not use them for legal representation due to them not handling my needs. They were very prompt in offering me referrals, I am so beyond thankful for this. Both ladies I spoke with were very courteous. I would feel like was in good hands and would use this practice if ever their services met their my needs.

The were wonderful. I called for some information and they recommended a few lawyers that are specialized in my particular case as they dont do what I was looking for. Very friendly and helpful. I would absolutely recommend this law practice.
