I thought the horror with these guys was over, but no. Their attorney, Mark Cobb, filed a lie with the court. Untrustworthy. Also, they try to bill me, as a former client, for posting a bad review. Unethical and dishonest. No honor among thieves. King Akiva should go back to parochial school to re-learn the ten commandments and educate his harem.

Mary Ann did not argue for what I want in my case, and Goldman engaged in explicitly deceptive billing practices. My billing agreement claimed their minimum unit would be 1/10 of an hour. Mary Ann never billed below 3/10 of an hour for even the most menial tasks. The average college student types at 50 words a minute and reads at 100. Mary Ann takes 18 minutes to read a 200 word email and write a 100 word response. Only the paralegals billed at the 1/10 of hour. An attorney who can't read or type at the rate of an average college student should not be practicing law.
