I had called to set up consult for a custody case, Cassandra was the one I was told would be able to take it and consult would be $300.00 the day before scheduled consult I was informed it needed be pushed back another week or two because they didn’t realize she’d be on vacation so I said that was fine. Day of consult she calls and asks me about my life and background and what I needed then said she would get back to me. Next day I received an email from her stating she couldn’t take my case and goodluck. Where was the consult? She didn’t even explain to me why she couldn’t take my case, she didn’t give me advice on who to turn to or anything she hasn’t responded back to me asking why. She just ok my 300$ and that was that! I called numerous times spoke with Marty and spoke to Beverly forwarded the email I recieved from Cassandra with no consult advice nothing! All it was was a phone call asking what case was for! That was not worthy of 300. I have been requesting a refund ever since and they refuse to do so! I do not recommend this firm! I’ve tried reaching out for help and didn’t get it just wasted $300.00 this was no consult when speaking to her and very unprofessional!!!! I feel scammed out of money
