While I haven't personally utilized Mr. Freeman's legal services, I recently applied for a paralegal position at his firm. Despite my qualifications and experience, I was immediately denied without any communication or explanation. This lack of even basic courtesy raises concerns about the firm's communication practices and potential biases in the hiring process. My application included an honest disclosure of my criminal history. While past convictions can be a factor in employment decisions, the immediate dismissal without any consideration or communication suggests a potential for bias.
