My 2 different issues could not be handled thru this office, however, from the lady who took my name and both issues to ERIC (ERICK?) service was excellent. This gentleman took the time to check resources and text them to me which was an enormous help, I didn’t know where to look for either issue. Great service even when it wasn’t their area of practice.
