I filed for divorce in June. I had planned to tell my wife the day after my stepson went to Europe with his 9th grade class to avoid any grief on his trip of a lifetime. But Mark Cobb found my name in the court records, and mailed my wife a letter stating the following: Dear Mrs. X, my name is attorney Mark Cobb. In viewing the public records, I noticed that your husband filed for divorce on June X, 2014. NOTE: I AM NOT YOUR HUSBANDS ATTORNEY. I AM OFFERING YOU MY SERVICES AS YOUR ATTORNEY.
He continues in the letter by telling her how he can be of assistance and how she can be satisfied with the outcome of the divorce, bla, bla, bla.
Thanks to him, my stepson is witness to his mother’s emotional breakdown, threats of suicide, and her life being turned upside-down. My attorney likens his total lack of ethics to "worse than an ambulance chaser", and "The lowest of the low" AND HE HAS TO GO ON HIS CLASS TRIP TO SING AT THE VATICAN WHILE WORRIED ABOUT HIS MOTHER. THANKS MARK COBB, YOU SORRY EXCUSE FOR A LAWYER!
