Sara Stafford was my representative and she did great. Communicated well & showed excitement to represent me. You always want someone positive to be in your corner and not just be good at what they do. Zachary, one of the customer service staff, also has great communication skills & was very kind. My ticket was over a car accident I was not able to control. The ticket was for Failure To Stop at a Safe Distance. Sara was able to use her skills and lower it to no points since I was proofed to not be at fault. Thank you to the staff and Sara for being very helpful and of warm professionalism.

The beginning of this summer has been the worst of my life. I needed a lawyer and fast with a sticky custody case. I called multiple places and talked to loads of people. I finally found Goldman & Associates. Rose was the lawyer they had me talk to first, for a consultation. Once I talked to her, I knew right away she was the very person I needed and asked if she could be assigned to my case. Not only is she thorough and efficient, but she’s kind and patient. She genuinely cared. Also was honest and upfront about all costs as well. Which was important to me, because I was scared of surprise fees lol I don’t have a lot of money. I appreciate this firm, no matter who I got in the office, everyone was kind and prompt. I can’t say thank you enough for making stuff so easy and as peaceful as possible, during my dark difficult time. Don’t waste your time looking for anyone else. This is the law firm to go to. And Rose is the absolute best!!!!!!! She’s got your back!!!

Very professional staff!

Not impressed with this firm at all. I made an appointment for a consultation for today at 10:00 am which they confirmed and messaged me the reminder. So I carved out time from my busy schedule for the meeting. Exactly at the meeting time I received a message that they couldn’t work with me. Really? Extremely unprofessional since they had 5 days to tell me in advance so I could make other arrangements.

My experience with this Law Firm has been wonderful. Thank you for everything. I would pass on your information to anyone I know who has a problem finding an attorney.

Ethan hooked me up with some info. Of people who could help me. Actually took about 10 minutes of his time after knowing his firm didnt handle my issues. That show humanity in a field that quite frankly seems heartless. Ill never hesitate to call Goldman and Assoc.

Do not use this law firm. I brought them a negotiated written divorce settlement in which my ex-wife agreed to accept 50% of the appraised value of our real estate, with no rights to other assets, and asked this firm simply to guide me through the paperwork and procedures. Goldman made a series of extremely egregious errors, including, among other things, drafting court documents for Jackson County (I live in Macomb), a complaint for custody (we have no children), their service of process was initially rejected by the court, and various documents required multiple amendments due to their persistent carelessness and mistakes. This created suspicions with my ex-wife and her attorney, which led to the process being prolonged for months and months. Goldman removed the attorney first assigned to my matter, but it was too late. What would have been a $73,000 loss for me turned into a $128,526 loss. I am currently in the process of working with a different attorney to file complaints with the Michigan Attorney General, Michigan Attorney Discipline Board, and the State Bar of Michigan, as well as exploring a civil suit to recover from their mishandling.
