[Updated] Eric was friendly and patient. Listening is imperative, and that was provided. [One Week Later] However, some of the additional assistance did not pan out. Attorney Loeb, very short, to the point almost rude and does not handle consumer protection or plaintiff civil cases. As an individual with no legal background or knowledge, the intention when seeking and calling law firms and attorneys is to be, at the very least, heard and offered the best legal advice or suggestions for any potential client, particularly marginalized clients that unfamiliar with legal processes and procedures. I'm still awaiting follow-ups with the other attorneys.
