Mika was beyond helpful. She called me back! Even though the firm could not take my case, she called me back to tell me that. An exemplary employee would do this. Most employees wouldn’t bother to take the time. She went a step further! She sent me contact information on firms who might take the case. She was extremely professional and also very personable. She seemed to really care, and wanted to help me. Also, Jason. Jason answered my call at the firm and searched in every way he could, to find any information on my case. And the only information I could give him is Mika’s name. He told me he’d have her return my call when she was available. And he actually did let her know! That’s a big deal, where I come from. Based on these two outstanding employees, I believe the firm hires the best, of the best. If a business is run well, then it stands to reason that the employees will be happy and proud to work there. My point is, I highly recommend this firm because the employees are the reflection of the lawyers. The lawyers must be, in my opinion, phenomenal and I will use their services, if necessary, in the future!
