As of now it is earlier in my case but I am quite pleased with my attorney Jessica Ross. She is thorough, kind, and while she keeps it professional I get the impression she cares and is glad to be able to help. She got the judge to consider my stance in probably under 15 minutes and got a decisive motion based on her representation. Sometimes it's just a bit tricky getting in touch, but not to the extent that you're out just left hanging in the open with no clue what happens next. Just enough for you to take note of the fact she is likely a busy person. And for good reason, she is likely offering her outstanding services to many clients at once as I'm sure they are highly favored and desired. Whenever you do hear from her she is always dutiful and precise in making sure you are properly educated about what's going on with your case and making sure you feel heard and secured. And regardless of the amount of questions she never seems annoyed or peeved to be answering them. She sets realistic expectations about what she can accomplish and won't give you false hope if you begin getting overzealous. Overall, the first and only attorney I've needed but a good one nonetheless. I also would like to take the time to show some appreciation to Delbert who runs the customer line. When you call you know you will be met with kindness and that your messages will be passed along to your attorney without delay and for that I am thankful. Bad customer service can make even the best business a drag to interact with but that is not an issue here. There is still more work to be done so we will see if the satisfaction remains but as of now I would definitely recommend Goldman and associates.
