We contacted this firm because they had good reviews. After our consultation they choose to take on our case. We paid our retainer and had contact with a lawyer and started the process. After 3 days I received a receipt that they returned my retainer. No reason or anything. Plus it takes up to 30 days before I can get my money back.
An associate did reach out to us after and thou I had already got another attorney they did apologize for the mishap and made sure that my money was returned asap.
