DO NOT USE THIS LAW FIRM. They 100% delete negative reviews, I've left and seen multiple over the years that are no longer here. In 2021 we hired an attorney from this firm for a family courts case. We were told to hold tight, Covid still had everything backed up through the end of the year. Couple months later we called and were told they dropped us as clients, zero notice, and we'd need to repay the retainer to get things started. Over the next year they took their time filing papers and appeared for 3 Zoom hearings. The original attorney on our case left and we were reassigned without notice and only found out during the zoom hearing, at least one of the hearings we only found out about through the individual on the other side of our case, they went through the entire retainer after one 20 minute zoom hearing, took money from our account without notice or approval, refused to send a single itemized list of what exactly all our money went towards. We refused to make any further payments until we saw where the money was used - Already over 4k on 3 Zoom hearings in a paternity case - and they then requested to drop us as clients. Still not one itemized receipt. Zero contact for multiple months, calls not returned, dozens of requests for a list of what exactly they did for our case and with our funds were ignored. Now, they're suing us for 10k. They claim they had us served, no server came to our home. I was home all day and my husband was out of the house at the time they say he was served. Having no notice of the court case because we WERE NOT SERVED, we missed the hearing and the firm was granted the 10k they claim they're entitled to. Had a hearing to dispute the fact that we were served, the first they did not show for, the second the man lied saying my husband cussed him off our porch - he was not home at 10am when they claim they served him personally. We wouldn't ignore a hearing for something so ridiculous and risk losing so much money when we already paid them thousands for such poor representation. So, not only will they do as close to nothing to represent you in court, they'll take your money without notice, refuse to explain where that money was used, cut all contact then more than double the amount they say you still owe in a lawsuit years later. Then, they'll lie about having you served by someone on their payroll, causing you to miss a hearing you have no knowledge of. When you then try to settle this out of court, to avoid having your paychecks garnished, and pay the original balance they claim you owe - while STILL not showing you were your funds went - they'll continue to "ghost" you. Mind you, we made multiple payments over the course of 2 years. Unfortunately, we're not familiar with court settings and goings on. We were too trusting, too vulnerable from the events leading up to needing an attorney and eager to put it all behind us, they realized that and took advantage immediately. We've spoke to some wonderful attorneys at other firms since all this began, I highly suggest using almost any other firm around. After this lawsuit, we will be reporting them to the bar. We should of a long time ago.

I spent more than $20k in cash on my divorce. My divorce took 7 months when they said probably 90 days, and my attorney, though professional, did not give me the correct information a couple of times. Court dates are important, as well as filing the correct paperwork. My biggest let down was the billing. Weekly bills due. I paid almost every one on time. I asked for some leniency and was told they would do what they could, and then proceeded to make multiple $50 to $100 payments on a $600 bill and took over $400 out of my account that was for other bills. It was extremely manipulative and infuriating, they didn’t steal but they didn’t keep their word. At this point I had already paid $15k in cash. But that didn’t matter to them. Lock your account for this reason!! I would not recommend them, and if you do proceed with caution. I later found out my lawyer was super green, and i should have searched more because she cost me $300 per hour and I could have found someone closer with more experience for $200 per hour. Almost 2 years later, they still call me to ask for a review. Here ya go 👏
