I can’t tell you how pleased we were with Erica Riggs and her staff! The staff is wonderful and my calls were always answered with a quick response. Miss Riggs was so knowledgeable and compassionate!

I have never had to apply for disability before. I had no idea where to start or to go for help. I seen on Google Disability Law Group so I called the number and right from the first phone call staff was professional answered my questions and never made me feel like my questions were not important. Erica was assigned to my case. I had no idea what to expect. I was scared nervous and having trouble accepting the fact that my nursing career for over 30 years I could no longer continue due to multiple issues. My first conversation with Erica was super she walked me through steps and process that I would have to go through . Her voice tone is kind and reassuring. She never made me feel like my questions were not important. Her assistant Christina was the same way. The process took about two years. I was always kept up to date on the progress. This was a very difficult thing for me to go through I am so very thankful that I was not alone. Erica and Christina was always by my side
