My fiancé (American) and myself (foreign) contacted this firm for a consult immediately after getting engaged to get advise applying for the correct visa for me. In that conversation Leila gave us misleading information and, when we clarified, insisted that it was legal and correct. We based our lives around this information for nearly a year before she stopped responding and another associate in the firm told us that that information was inadviseable and we discovered that had we followed the advice, it may have resulted in me being convicted of visa fraud and permanently banned from the US. Leila was the attorney that did my PERM process for the greencard application as she managed to resolve the sponsorship problem in just two years. Very approachable and responsive, and professional and knowledgeable. She started my PERM process directly from my OPT given the facts that I have had the 17 months of STEM extension and the dates for AOS for EB2 for my birth country were current since my first H1B did not go thorough and resolved the PERM approval by the end of my OPT time and thus saving me from a lots of headaches and worries. Also, my PERM was neatly done and it did not get audited. One of the best immigration lawyers with whom I have ever dealt with. Strongly recommended for future sponsorship cases.
