I came to Noah in need of having a license agreement reviewed. He was very thorough in his review and was able to communicate his suggested revisions in a clear manner. He made sure I had a good understanding of each section of the contract while pointing out the contract's strengths and weaknesses (and how to address those weaknesses). To add, he completed the work with a quick turnaround time so that I could meet my soon approaching deadline.
