I had James Higgs represent me and he never knew what was going on with my file. Overbilled me for time spent, claims 1 min phone calls were 45 mins , emails took several hours, and he billed me because he had to devote time to review how to file with the Judge. I've had terrible experience with Goldman Law firm. I'm not paying and will gladly meet them in mediation to go over how James ripped me off.
