When I initially spoke with Attorney Steven Cozart on the phone regarding estate planning, Mr. Cozart explained the types of Living Trusts in a way that I was able to understand the process and what the process entailed. Peter Bissett is an amazing attorney. He represented me for a few years in post divorce and custody matters.
