If you are buying a house , Attorney Mark Mueller is the one to call. He helped tremendously with closing on our new home . There were multiple errors in the closing documents (including title!) that he found and got corrected . He is also quick to respond and I felt very confident at closing time because of him. I can’t imagine anyone not having an experienced , and trustworthy real estate attorney like Mark when making such an important purchase . Thank you Mark Mueller!

Recently I had the pleasure of working with Mark Muller during the refinance of one of our Apartment Buildings. I contracted Mark to handle the negotiations and paperwork. I have to say that during my 46 years of working in Commercial Real Estate, Mark was the correct choice, he is a very knowledgeable and diligent attorney. During this process Mark was able to resolve all issues which made for a smooth transaction. I highly recommend Mark and will of course retain his services for any future real estate transactions.

I have been working with Mark Mueller and his team @ Lex Novus PLC for over 5 years.
He and his team are very responsive and explain things in simple to understand language. Emails are responded to very promptly and concisely. Although lawyer fees can get quite expensive, I feel I have received great value from Mark. He worked well with my elderly mother to restate her trust before she passed. The estate has had no legal issues since her passing and any estate issues that arise are addressed and resolved.
