Hired them when our house burned down and Allstate didnt want to pay our a claim. This firm is very good at what they do. It took almost a year but in the end Allstate paid my claim in full. Thanks for all your hard. I cant thank you all enough. They also have the Sweetest secretary that is always so pleasant and professional.

They truly care for their clients unlike other law firms that only care about cashing a check, even though it's a business at the end of the day, this firm still takes the time to care and listen. After 33 years I was wrongly terminated. On a referral I contacted Akeel & Valentine. I was told they would look over my file and get back to me. After 2 weeks of our initial conversation I called and was told they were not sure where my file was, but they would find it and get back to me. This went on for many months. The women that answer the phone are not polite, and each time I would call for an update, I would be told they weren't sure where the file was but would always assure me I would be contacted the next day. The next day never came. I simply wanted to know if they were going to take my case or pass. After my last phone call I was told that they would see me, but I had to pay a consultation fee upfront before they would consider scheduling a meeting. They wanted to email me a link for payment upfront! This law firm is extremely unprofessional. Poor Client Care Poor Communication Disrespectful Not Honest
