Working with DaVyana especially felt like "this person is not suitable for this job, what are they doing here?" The only good thing they did was to check all the documents. Other than that, they practically provided no support, rather they misguided me on multiple occasions, which caused sever inconvenience for me. For the medical report, I asked the attorney to double-check it and even pointed to the page where I thought something was wrong. The attorney refused to pay attention, and I ended up getting and RFE for exactly that page. The attorney later found the issue and asked me to fix it. Had they advised me before, I would not have had to deal with the trouble of an RFE. Throughout the process, they have made similar mistakes and misguided me to go through a great deal of inconvenience. I do not recommend Thomas Biggins and DaVyana Martin for immigration needs.
