I consulted many lawyers for filing my NIW and only they clearly suggested going without recommendation letter. I was actually a little concern about that but it proved they are right. We submitted quickly and it's a pass. And they are right, even it's a RFE we can submit those letters later. Communication with their lawyers is also very smooth. I think I'm picky but I have nothing to pick about their service.

Very pleasing experience with Ellis Porter in filling my I-140. Their filling strategy is very efficient and less time consuming. The lawyers know very well about the prospect of any applicant. Even though I was not confident enough about my case, Ellis ported encouraged me to apply with their expedite process without any recommendation letters. From document preparation to the final submission it took only two weeks. I know many of my friends needed three months for the document preparation with other law firms. This law firm is breaking many existing norms such as submitting 5-6 independent recommendation letters, certain amount of citations, etc. I did not submit any recommendation letter initially. I received a RFE, but submitted 4 recommendation letters two of them were my direct supervisor. The lawyers discuss with the petitioners before taking any final decision. This kind of discussions help to figure out perfect strategies to defend the petition. The communication throughout the process was very helpful. I never felt they are working for money. My every concerns were address very quickly with clear explanation. I felt very much supported during the whole process.
