Some lawyers has really low moral standards and/or low professional skills. Heather Garvock Happen to be one of them. I almost hire her to represent a false representation case, she advised to file a waiver immediately (along with big bucks). However, the first question on the waiver form is that you have to admit your false representation is a willful misrepresentation. It is like you accept a guilty plea without a fight.
I am so glad I did not hire her for the case. You should be aware as well.
