05/30/2024. De nuestra experiencia con el despacho Ellis Porter PLC, podemos referir que fue la mejor elección. Previamente habíamos buscado ayuda con otros despachos. Pero al evaluar la información de los diferentes despachos, Ellis Porter PLC nos ofreció desde el principio, orientación e información detallada, de los requerimientos, procesos y costos de los trámites para el cambio de estatus migratorio. Durante el proceso, cumplió en forma y tiempo. Recabaron documentación completa, para los diferentes tramites que incluía el procedimiento, lo tramitaron de manera rápida y dieron seguimiento al proceso, dándonos información y orientación durante todo el proceso, nos brindaron toda la confianza para aclarar nuestras dudas y la información la tienen debidamente ordenada y sistematizada a través de correos que son actualizados frecuentemente. I am delighted to have worked with Ellis Porter. They made the work easy and smooth for me, allowing the successful approval of my I-140 application. At first, Jonathan Goslow reviewed my credentials and replied positively with all the possible ways to make a strong NIW file. Then, he transferred my case to Jillian Marchi (Attorney) and her Case Manager, Erika, given their history of working with similar personnel (researchers) from my field. With his belief in them being a great team to help prepare a strong case, I couldn't have asked for a better team. The entire process—from preparing the petition and writing recommendation letters to the final case approval—was impressively quick and smooth. When I saw the first draft of my petition, I was amazed at how knowledgeable they were. Other than a few typos and minor jargon errors, it was perfect. Also, during my RFE response, they did not only respond to the USCIS officials but also crafted excellent recommendation letters. They thoroughly researched the recommenders and highlighted parts of their resumes that would benefit my case the most. All my recommenders signed their drafts without any changes. Finally, Jillian and Erika have great personalities, genuinely care about their clients, and respond to my concerns and questions promptly.
