John Elliot is my forever Attorney! Why did I choose John? It was from the obvious ratings and reviews to start, and then by giving him a call and meeting him in his office. While waiting to speak and meet John, I reviewed in detail ALL of his success awards in his lobby office. I knew at this time that he was going to be my Attorney. My case with John began in August 2022. During our zoom meetings, it was a additional green light to me to review the Court Clerk, staff and even Prosecutor’s as they appeared very pleasent with John. They obviously worked with John numerous times before on many cases. John will return all phone, texts and e-mails. Depending on your offense charge level, his support court appearances and research requirements, he is still the affordable Attorney to keep you out of Jail, which is the bottom line. Due to the backed up slow court system, it took us six months for a plea. John dosen't stop there. He requested the MCL 769.4a to remove the offense from my records once Probation is completed. John also negotiates with Probation Conditions. John is professional, courteous, demonstrates "Attention to detail", highly skillful and exceeds client satisfaction. Call John Elliot!
