I worked with John Goslow between December 2020 and July 2022 for my EB-2 NIW category employment based immigration. Goslow and his staff are first and foremost extremely responsive and helpful with any questions I have throughout the process, including the inquiry phase, document preparation, and throughout the processing time of my application. Being the second law firm that I worked with on immigration, Goslow is extremely knowledgeable of my field of work compared to the last firm that I worked with, and is able to provide expert feedback on the selection of my recommenders, and the content of their recommendations. They are so slow if you have a urgent case, don’t come to this firm. My fiend said they were fast years ago but they need at least 6 months to file a simple NIW now.

I had a really nice experience with working with Ellis Porter team. Jonathan Goslow and Emma were online every time to answer my questions. They filed my case less than 20 days and immediately mailed to USCIS. I am really happy for working with them. Some of my other friend worked with other attorneys. Jillian helped me to prepare the I-140. She was super helpful throughout the whole time. Her strategy was great. Polite people but have limited ability and experience. My case was eventually denied after RFE response. I don't recommend.

I have a great experience with Ellis Porter for my I140 (EB-2) application which got approved in 3 months and 11 days. Jillian, the lawyer who was involved in my case, was very efficient and cooperative. I highly recommend Ellis Porter for immigration purposes.

Not professional.

I applied for both O1A and EB1A with Ellis Porter. They provided diligent support and guidance throughout the process. After a frustrating O1 denial, they refiled my case with efficiency and care while also preparing my EB1A. My O1 refile was approved in summer of 2022, and in spring of 2023 my EB1A was approved without RFE. I am extremely grateful to Sean and Fiona for their support on both of my petitions.
