Matthew is and was truly an awesome human being. He’s fair honest and a good person AND an amazing lawyer. I hope I don’t need him again but if I do I know the firm of Garmo and Kiste will be there in a heartbeat. The staff or “kids” there are truly learning from some of the best around! I worked with Bryan regarding a non-compete agreement. He was very clear and helpful during this process. Definitively, his professionalism and dedication made this situation easier.

I had to drop off some paperwork and my navigation kept making me miss my turn it was such a pain trying to figure it all out plus if you miss it you have to deal with turning around in the midst of all the chaotic traffic. The parking is around back. Ample parking. The building is really nice. The elevator has a horrible rancid smell. The young lady in reception was very polite and friendly. My soon to be not significant other hired this office to represent them. I gotta say during a conference one of the attorneys here really impressed me I give him 3.5 stars I want to give more but again not my attorney so.. it would be weird to give a higher rating. If he were representing me I would probably give a 6 star rating. Anyway, he is polite and respectful and seems straight forward/honest. And in all honestly in a time of divorce it is refreshing to come across someone who has a gentle humane approach. Let's face it no one wants to deal with a controlling, cheating, pathological liar, manipulative, aggressive, abusive, hostile, and violent tempered spouse. Then throw child(ren) into the mix..that's an absolute recipe for disaster.

Going through a divorce was tough, confusing and stressful. So I'm glad I had Brian to represent me. He always listened, took the time to answer all my questions, and never rushed me during our conversations/meetings. He also made every effort to work with me as far as my financial situation.

I came to Matt to help me with my divorce. He is without a doubt the man you want on your side. He was incredibly quick to respond to all sources of communication, provided a clear expectation in regards to what was ahead of me, and always made me feel like he had my best interest in mind. Matt is incredibly easy to talk to, and someone I would trust my family with. I can’t articulate the scope of ugliness my divorce wrought on my life in 4000 characters, so I won’t try. The volume and degree of betrayals, lies, and slander were enough to make Jesus beam back to heaven instead of redeeming mankind. Matt proved himself not only a shrewd litigator, but a stabling force in an otherwise disorienting ordeal. I began my case blindsided, branded and buried. I ended my case with the fair and reasonable outcome I sought, and my self respect well intact. Matt is genuinely sympathetic, but he isn’t concerned with the emotion of the case. When you are in the fight, every indignation seems consequential, but Matt has a real skill at identifying and isolating the core elements of the case. The court clearly appreciates this. In an environment full of emotional embellishment and accusation, factual minimalism is rare and refreshing. As hard as it was to stand pat in court while a seemingly endless arsenal of absurdities we’re fired at me from across the aisle with little or no return fire, Matt kept me focused on outcomes. We were dragged to court more times than I can count, over matters too small to mention. We never lost. Taking the high road both in the courtroom and outside it is insanely difficult and exceedingly rare in contentious divorces. The degree of difficulty is precisely why it is appreciated and rewarded by the court. I can’t imagine where I’d be now if I had chosen a different attorney. Worth noting, I spent half of what she did on her attorney. If you want an attorney that’s going to play in the mud, look elsewhere. If you want an attorney that’s going to help you navigate the irrational and get you what you deserve with a clear conscience, you owe it to yourself to sit down with Matt.

Brian Garmo is an Amazing Attorney. He handled my case with the upmost respect and dignity. He gave me several options and always had a back up plan. Even though he is busy, he made me feel like I was his only client. He always took the time to answer my questions and knows the law extremely well. I would definitely recommend Garmo & Kiste, Matt is a great attorney, he was my husbands attorney and it was a nasty divorce but in the end he helped my husband prevail. He's always calls back when he cant answer right away (he does have other clients) and if he cant be in the office he has his partner help out. Matt is a down to earth man and its nice to know that the person you are trusting you life to lives just like you do. I was reading the reviews on this attorney's office and seen some guy with no name say they are not a good office to deal with thats total bull he must have mixed them up with another company because everything he said was a lie. I have used Matt from Garmo & Kiste twice now. He has been nothing but honest, respectful and he has consistently fought for my best interests. The entire office was professional and willing to assist. Matt was always quick to return a phone or email. I would highly recommend calling Matt from Garmo & Kiste.

I would highly recommend this law firm, Matt helped me with my divorce and I was able to retain custody of my kids which is hard to do for a male. He always answers his calls if he dont right away he calls back the same day. I used Matt for my divorce and I am still using him, difficult divorce. Hes always been honest with me. Hes an upfront type of guy and always does what he can to help. And his prices are reasonable for the work he does.
