I filed my I-140 petition with Michael Stephen Linn, and the whole process was very smooth. He helped me prepare all the required documents in a timely manner and prepared a very comprehensive petition for me. I did not need to provide any recommendation letters, which facilitated the entire process. He was also available in case I had any questions.

I exchanged a couple of emails with Jonathan. He was very professional and responsive. We agreed on a consultation call before proceeding with the case. I wasn't in a rush, and he didn't have any empty slots for 45 days, so I just patiently waited for it.
Unfortunately, 45 days later, Jonathan didn't come to my call, nor ever send a heads-up about the call being canceled. I wasted 45 days and 30 minutes of waiting for his call. He never replied back to my email afterwards
Hope this review will help them to improve their processes and be more mindful of clients time.

For my NIW-based I-140 application, I worked with Mr. Linn to prepare the case. Overall, I am happy with his performance. Whenever I had a question about the case, he was on time to respond.
