Robert Andretz served as my attorney for four years while dealing with Michigan Medical Board Complaints against my license. When the state finally issued their complaints, Mr. Andretz was able to call me after hours on a Friday night to see how I was coping with it. That call helped alleviate a lot of the anxiety I had built up of the unknown expectations of the Michigan Medical Board complaints and their ramifications. Mr. Andretz calmly outlined a strategy to address the Medical Board statements and ultimately allowed the settlement to be a monetary one. This meant a lot to me to allow me to continue to practice medicine without the loss of board certification and loss of insurance accreditation. He prepared me thoroughly for a hearing that we eventually did not require. Mr. Andretz was the consummate professional and his personal knowledge of the personnel and workings of the Medical Board made a huge difference in my case.
