I first worked with David Mammel on my Estate Plan in 2010. One of the things I appreciate most is that he is clear with his communication so I can understand exactly what is needed to set up and update my Trust the way I want it. The questions he asks are thoughtful and probing to make sure I consider the many issues that can arise after I'm gone. He also checks in to make sure I keep my Trust updated as I add grandchildren and other relationships I want to include in my Trust. I highly recommend David.

If you are reading this, chances are you are a medical professional who is in need of an attorney. Try to avoid making one or both of these fatal errors: 1) you believe that if you just explain your side of the story the State or Feds will understand and this will just go away, or 2) the attorney you’ve been advised to hire is a friend of your cousin’s nephew. A great lawyer at taxes and divorce, never did med-legal but willing to try. In Michigan there are only 2 firms that are excellent at health care litigation. One is Chapman Law Group. I was represented by Aaron Kemp with assistance from his paralegal Shelly. Aaron is one of the sharpest health care attorneys in the state. When I hired Chapman, Aaron had read the case file, advised a course of action and met with me - all within 48 hours of taking control of the case. Aaron is one of the sharpest minds in the field and has genuine knowledge of how to handle even the toughest of situations that can arise. In my particular case he was able to repair the damage my previous attorneys had created and return me to practice. If you’re still unsure, you should probably reread paragraph one.

Strongly recommend working with Chapman Law Group. Just completed our update to our Estate Planning and such a simple process from start to finish. Mr David Mammel was incredible.
