Mr. Don Rosenberg worked with me to restate my Living Trust document which includes all required segments of a living trust. After my first meeting with him, I realized that my original living trust was not very complete and may leave some problems for me if I use it continuously. Mr. Rosenberg provided very detailed explanation to me on how the restated document was prepared and why he made it this way. I feel very comfortable after I received a copy of the restated living trust created by Mr. Rosenberg. Mr. Rosenberg is very knowledgeable regarding elder law and living trust.
