Nickolas Daniels prepared my Estate Planning Documents including a Living Trust, Pour Over Will, and General Power of Attorney, and Patient Advocate Forms. He is very knowledgeable on the laws as they apply to estate planning, and he was able to explain certain aspects of the estate planning process to me in layman's terms. He also assisted in getting the deed to my house corrected due to change of ownership from a divorce and errors that were done by the title company. His rates were comparable to other estimates that I obtained for similar work. I would highly recommend Mr. Daniels if you are looking for a very competent and knowledgeable Estate Planning Attorney.
