Paul handled a complex federal case for us that lasted over 7 years. Plaintiffs weren't happy and appealed the verdict twice, and a third time had it retried in another state. Paul beat it every time and the last time plaintiffs agreed to dismiss it with prejudice, ensuring that they could never sue again. He also represented us when subpoenaed by the FTC.
