Best lawyer around

Receiving an OWI ticket with a .15 bac from a State police officer on I-696 was something I wasn't ready for. It was also written on the ticket that I was speeding more than 15mph over the speed limit. The officer didn't give me the ticket for speeding but he surely gave me the OWI. Bill knows the law and has the correct way of stating your case to the court prosecuting attorney and judge so that they are compelled to follow his suggestions for penalties and conviction. Bill did get my conviction lowered to DWVI and I didn't have to go through all the extra penalties of any alcohol testing, seeing the probation department for evaluation and the HEAVY court costs. I don't plan on going through this again but I would highly suggest his use to anyone and everyone that needs a true voice in the court system.

William Barnwell was a beacon of hope to my family at a time when our options appeared limited and the likelihood of a satisfactory resolution seemed impossible. My Son, whom I love and would give my life for, whom suffered from emotional traumas and mental health issues, to put it mildly, made some very bad choices.
