I've been going through a ch 13 for 45 months..my lawyer has done nothing but taken my money and now my bankruptcy is not going to be discharged and now I'm in jeopardy of losing everything!!! I've called my lawyer multiple times without success. I've emailed him multiple times with no success. I was told my bankruptcy was going to cost $3,200..so far I've paid the law firm over $6,200. Please do your research!
