I couldn't have asked for a better attorney than Randy, the Boss Attorney. What I think seperates Randy from other attorneys is that he genuinely cares. He made me feel like I was his only client with all of the attention and care that he gave my individual case. Oh, and let's not forget results. The outcome of my case was more positive than even I could have imagined. I will always be grateful to Randy for everything he did for me as my attorney, as he truly is exceptional.

When I suffered a life changing fall that wasn't as open & shut as most slip & fall incidents, I called numerous law firms in the tri-county area seeking help for the major injuries that I suffered. Only one law firm was confident and comfortable with taking on my case...that law firm was Hakim, Toma and Yaldoo. I met with Amer Hakim and Kevin Yaldoo pre-surgery to initially to discuss my injuries and details. Amer Hakim agreed to pursue a Premises slip & fall case however, both he and Kevin Yaldoo explained in detail the difficulties in representing the type of Premises lawsuit that we would fight. I found Amer and his people after Chris Trainor and his people messed up my case and screwed me over while costing me money! I have been working with Amer and his people For almost a year now. When we first signed the contract we were only looking at a personal injury case because people in Michigan can't drive. At that time there was concern that my insurance company, Progressive, was going to stop paying my medical bills. Amer and I talked about it and he agreed that if Progressive did in fact stop paying my bills he would take that case too. They did in fact stop paying my bills and cost them sooooo much more than they would have otherwise had to pay. As the 1st party benefits case progressed he gave me a case worth estimate that I would have been extremely happy with. But, as he and his people worked the case he in the end put almost twice the initial case estimate in my pocket making me extremely happy twice over! I very much enjoy working with Amer's people. Sam, his brother, is really; really a nice guy and I don't want to neglect mentioning the poor person who has to put up with me the most Jennifer Amer's Paralegal. She is so sweet and understands. Best experience ever. This was my first time ever working with a lawyer and having an injury and I have no complaints. I was updated regularly, Amer and Joanne were always responsive and patient. I would definitely recommend this law firm for anyone.
