From the receptionist to the lawyers, they’re just fantastic and every time I come in the receptionist always compliment me on my bags or my eyebrows I love her she’s so sweet!!!

Everyone was hands on excellent communication and customer service! The ladies at the front desk were nice and welcoming with beautiful smiles (no sour puss faces🤦🏾‍♀️🤣) Every step of the way the attorney & paralegal made sure i understood what was happening and if I didn’t understand they took the time to make sure I understood. I made sure I completed the homework package and the process and filing was fast. Thank you EVERYONE N. Precious Barnes 🥰 I definitely posted them on all my social media platforms because they are about TRUE CUSTOMER CARE not just service 🙏🏾

Been through 4-5 Paralegals, throughout the whole process, 3 attorneys.... which I don't understand and know the attorney I'm dealing with is located in Dearborn 🫤🤷🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️.....and I'm always calling for any updates , and they have to call ME back for a phone appointment and ends up being a week away every time. Sometimes I had to wait 2-3 days for a call back to get an appointment date🫤.... I believe from the beginning we weren't given good advice to file together. As a married couple, one person, if you can help it should always stay out of the bankruptcy, especially with a ch. 13 and profit sharing.

Shaundra & Denise are the absolute best. They helped me out more than words could even explain. Thanks ladies for everything. Yall truly rock.

The 5 stars is for the Mr. Frego who I had the pleasure to meet and he's a really nice person. I have to say they need to do something about Amy Lovins, she acts as though she's a God and she's not personable. She has an ego problem and is quick to tell you about her job history of knowledge! I have sent over 12 people to this office and everyone spoke about her attitude and bad manners. People go through bad times and the last thing they need is to deal with a person with a bad attitude! God Bless you Amy, walk lightly on other people, you never know what problems life could bring to you.

I went in completely unprepared no documentation nothing!! I am so sorry again 🤦🏽‍♀️ But Shaundra & Denise made sure I was able to get all of my paperwork done and I was still able to file same day! They were very knowledgeable, patient and understanding. They made this process super simple & quick. Thank you guys again! Highly recommend 😊
