This was my first time dealing personally with divorce and was unsure how things would go. Frank was helpful and understanding from the first day forward and helped me navigate the unsteady waters of my divorce. As each new step came with its own worries and concerns frank always helped me to work through each one. He was supportive when i needed it and honest about things i needed to honest with myself about. I would recommend not only frank but also ADAM law to any father who is in need of legal help. Thanks to Frank Briguglio i am able to see my daughter again and am working towards getting my life back on track.

The best decision I've made in a long time was choosing Frank Briguglio to represent me in my divorce case. Frank is a highly skilled and knowledgeable craftsman who guided me perfectly through the toughest time in my life. Frank being on the board of the of Macomb County Bar Association also played to my advantage as not only is he extensively versed in divorce proceedings but it was obvious he is well respected by those who work in the Macomb County court system - particularly by my case mediator Debra O'Brien. Even the person I met with at Friend of the Court knew Frank - again providing me confidence that I had knowledgeable and experience representation. Frank was awesome, I would highly recommend. I was worried about how to do the paperwork and what to do when I comes to actually going to court and he made everything worry free. The judge was familiar with him and his work which made everything that much smoother. Frank was exactly what was needed if you dont want to go through a divorce without someone in your corner.

I was unaware of what the system allows you to do to someone in divorce. Due to my naivity, my ex had way more control of my children than she should have, and she used them as a weapon and continually spread lies about me, attempting to restrict my time with them. I tend to be a very emotional person who can fly off the handle sometimes, but Frank kept a cool demeanor and always had a plan. He worked hard for me and was able to secure a lot more time with my children than I originally thought possible. I’m a long winded person, so it was a little difficult for me to adjust to the concise way that Frank communicates. However, he proved, time and again, he was on top of everything. I’m more happy now than I thought I would have been after all this.

I would recommend Mr Briguglios. He was professional at all times. He was always a phone call or email away, keeping in constant contact. With a divorce that lasted as long as mine that was a plus. Always prepared in court and very good at detail.

I first met Mr. Briguglio when I was going through the toughest time of my life. My wife had left me and taken our children after filing false allegations to prevent me from seeing the kids (which required me to hire a separate attorney to help settle). I hired him as soon as my wife filed for divorce. Mister Briguglio was incredibly understanding, patient, and most of all knowledgeable. He worked with my other attorney throughout this ordeal and after the false allegations were cleared up, I was able to get joint custody of my children. Thanks to his hard work and dedication, I’m able to start rebuilding my life and be closely involved in the lives of my children, which is everything I could have asked for. I would recommend Mr. Briguglio and his law firm to anyone facing the challenges of divorce, even if your divorce isn’t as acrimonious as mine turned out to be. I hired Frank to handle my divorce, and was very pleased with the results and the professionalism in which it was handled. I hired him again when my Ex tried to have the judgement changed/modified and he took care of my problems in a hurry, and her motion was denied. Frank is very professional and knows his business. I would definitely recommend him to anyone in a similar situation.

Frank was a great lawyer. He kept me involved and up to date on everything between him and my ex's attorney. My children's dad was not allowing me to see the kids although it was to be enforced through the Court order. Frank argued a great case and I am one again able to be with my children.

Mr. Briguglio is the attorney you hire when you need some one you can trust. I hired Frank to handle my case after I had already hired council who failed to represent my best interests. I am active duty military stationed 800 miles away from Michigan. Making the trips to FOC to represent myself was just not possible due to military obligations. After the attorney I hired prior to Frank had dropped the ball everytime he represented me in court, I knew I needed the best lawyer possible. When I contacted Mr. Briguglio and discussed my case I knew I had to retain his services. I consulted my brother-in-law who is an attorney in Florida before I made the decision. When an out of state attorney tells you he's the best, you know he's well respected not only in his state but as far as Florida. Frank gave me realistic expectations, worst case scenarios, and resources to help. Frank isn't just an intelligent attorney, he is very compassionate. Many attorneys don't deal with military members on a daily basis as it relates to finances. Frank took it upon himself to research, and study every aspect of military pay so he was armed with the tools to keep the courts in check. His compassion is like this, when I was at my lowest point feeling beat down and wanting to give up, Frank went above and beyond to listen. Mr. Briguglio has two sides. First is his out of court side, were he is compassionate, honest, and trust worthy with a cool calm demeanor. The second side is in the court room. His behavior is assertive, meticulous, and intelligent. When he represents you there is no question he has prepared and anticipated every possible sceniero. I was unable to appear to our first couple hearings and never having met him it worried me a little. He could have accepted anything presented by the other party involved but he didn't. He fought for me as if I was sitting right next to him. When I finally met Frank for the first time and finally had the opportunity to witness him in action I was impressed. With Mr. Briguglio in your corner, there is no doubt you will be treated fairly by the courts. I can't thank Mr. Briguglio enough for what he has done for me. I can't say enough about not only his legal expertise but his character as well. Highly recommended! You won't find a better attorney to represent you in your family matters.
