Awful service and they lie when they tell you what, when, and how they charge you.

A lot of letters mailed to me saying that they will not do a courtesy removal of late payments. Lexington Law spent 9 months of my time only asking for courtesy removals. Do not spend any money for something you can do yourself.

Told them to stop taking money out of my account due to not having a job & they don’t listen. They’ve taken my girlfriends money from my account three times now.

Don't do it! One thing I've learned in this process of trying to fix my credit, from a trusted friend that works for a home loan company is, companies, law firms, people, etc. Who claim to fix your credit is a scam. You can get copy of your report from your bank or credit union and they will tell you what you should workout and dispute, I've gotten 2 things taken off by myself. They charge you a fee for this, you can do it for free.

Literally a rip off. They are all out for money. You have to wait for long periods of time just to attempt to get answers about what something means on your account. I literally only needed two things done on my credit & after three months still no progress. Called to cancel three different times just to still be charged a so called final bill. Tried getting a breakdown & the guy literally hung up. What’s crazy is they literally do nothing but send letters out& wait & not on everything they split it up go increase the amount of time you stick with them. If you don’t listen to anything please find another company that is focused on helping not just taking your money.

Awful service very unprofessional, they take your money it’s a big scam DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME THEY ARE NOT GOING TO HELP IN ANYWAY BESIDES TAKING MONEY OUT OF YOUR POCKETS!! I REPEAT ITS A SCAAAAMMMMM look elsewhere you’ll be glad u did!!

The worse customer service ever! The paralegals have the worst attitudes, when you are calling regarding your case no one answers. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!

Used this company 2 times both very great service and for most part quick returns on progress

Overall, pleased with the work that Lexington Law has done over the past few months in attempting to restore my credit.
