This "service" is a scam. They took 239.20 out of my account after I requested cancelation. They over drafted me on my car payment. My credit score was tanked. Things that weren't showing up on my credit report magically reappeared. My score is lower than it has ever been thanks to these scam artists. I do not recommend this company.

Requested cancellation and they told me I still owed money. Customer service representatives are very hard to understand and when I asked to speak to a supervisor I was denied and then told the supervisor would call me when they felt like it. I got a refund in the end but wouldn't have had to argue if I was allowed to cancel in their app without having to say no 5 times to discounts. I Don't recommend this firm.

My experience were terrible they are unprofessional very rude and scams. I called about a billing issue, they did not give me a refund, was rude to me, did get let me speak to someone over the supervisor of duty, offended me and told me I had a balance they is unacceptable. I never never called them to begin with

This law office was extremely patient with me, 100000000000%. Paperwork gives me massive anxiety and they ensured I sent what I needed on/by the due date, too. <3 Thank you so much for freeing me of my tax stuff, it's two tax years of guilt off of my back. I really wish you all well. Truly, I'd give you 10 stars if I could.
