I cannot say enough kind words regarding Tim Flynn and the entire practice at Clarkston Legal. They are kind, caring and honest. They work tirelessly to obtain their clients goals. They don't give up and don't give in but respectfully get the job done. They are fair all the way around. I have yet to find another office with these characteristics, they honestly care about their clients! They do not over charge and they do not try to take everything you have. You don't feel abused. These are some harsh words but this is what I have seen with other practices. I highly recommend Tim Flynn and his entire office. Thank you for all that you do. Not only has my family utilized Tim and his team for a variety of legal services, but I have personally worked with Tim during a time of great stress, in which he helped draft my Power of Attorney paperwork when my father fell ill with Dementia (among other health issues). Tim Flynn represented me for a restricted license, which I received. The entire process can be a bit cumbersome, but Tim guided me through it and what to expect. All documents had to be accurate prior to submitting to the S.O.S. Tim and his staff are professional and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Clarkston Legal to my friends and family.

We are so fortunate to have selected Clarkston Legal to assist in an extremely important and legally challenging custody matter. This was truly a one-shot, all-or-nothing situation, as my son’s future would be forever altered for the better or worse by the outcome of this case. During the initial phone consultation, Tim thoroughly answered all our questions. We were then invited into the office for a sit down, at which time Tim reviewed our previous notes, candidly shared every possible outcome (favorable or otherwise), and presented his proposed strategy for how he would like to proceed. We immediately chose to sign on with the Clarkston Legal team. Tim then introduced Ryan as a second attorney who would be supporting our case and the preparation began. Tim and Ryan helped us through the gathering of all the information and evidence needed prior to court, and shared every draft of the various motions required throughout our case. Despite our never-ending questions, they and the entire Clarkston Legal support staff were extremely responsive and patient. Any time we needed them, somebody was available the same day. When our hearing date neared, they worked to prepare us for court. Tim was masterful during the hearing, establishing a rapport with judge, laying out the evidence, and guiding me through 90 minutes of testimony. When the dust settled, we got every single change we sought; complete victory! This hearing was followed by another hearing to alter child support, which Ryan led with equal competence. Once again, the outcome was 100% in our favor. Clarkston Legal is simply the best, and I can’t thank them enough for their efforts, communication, responsiveness, professionalism, patience, and what matters the most … their results!
