I have a bad driving record. Mostly speeding when I was younger. It is now 6 years later and I got in a accident for breaking on black ice. The ticket was 3 points. Eric worked his magic and his polite to get me a parking ticket. Thanks for that, I tell all my friends to call him!

STEP 1 - Crisis Mode After our son got into a terrible accident, like any parents, we were at his side until the outcome was concluded; he survived. STEP 2 - The Future Now we had to look at the entire situation and figure out how we could best support his forever changed future. STEP 3 - Find an Attorney After getting a “No” from many attorneys (including several of the TELEVISION attorneys), we were beginning to think it was hopeless. Maybe we didn’t have a case: “He was 17…almost 18…if he were 11 or 12 you might have a case.” …many, many form letters turning down the case. ….we explained the events to attorney-after-attorney and firm-after-firm. No. Finally, ONE attorney said he’d “Take a crack at it,” despite the risk of a loss. But guess what? The case settled fairly. Our son got some restitution. The system worked. ALL LAWYERS ARE NOT THE SAME!!! Far too many attorneys and firms were wrong and only ACTED like they were out to help people, but they run ZERO risk operations and only take cases that have a statistical advantage of paying out. I understand this from a business standpoint, BUT Our son is NOT a statistic, he’s a human being. If you need an HONORABLE opinion and analysis of your auto accident / accident case from a man of his word, a man of integrity, a man who makes no false promises, and who is very smart, meticulous, honest, polite, and genuine… CALL MARC J. When I met Marc the first time, I could tell he was a pit bull in a good way. He took charge of my situation. Marc is also very easy to talk with. He has a way about him that makes you feel calm. Every time I was so upset he took the time and talked with me, he understood how I felt during this very difficult time. I told Marc he would have been a really good therapist also. Marc keeps you in the loop, he calls and texts. He always calls me when I ask him to. Another really nice thing is that I really feel that Marc cares about me. I feel like we could be friends. I would definitely recommend Marc to anyone I know who needs a good attorney.

While the process was rather extensive... That is the nature of accident injury. However, With Esquire Marc Shefman it was as seamless as it could possibly be.
