My husband and I are very appreciative of the positive outcome from our case. From day one Marc had our best interest at heart. I knew that I had a difficult case because of some previous health concerns but, Marc understood the entire situation very clearly from the onset and made the process seamless. Marc is professional and knowledgeable and kept us informed on every aspect of our case. Being in an auto accident is devastating and While no one wishes to find themselves in an auto accident suffering from injuries, Marc is a trustworthy attorney who got us the compensation that we deserved.

I hired Eric to help me with a DUI. It was my first DUI and I was extremely anxious and scared to go through the legal system. Eric shows compassion as well as excellent legal advocacy upon his representation. He did an excellent job for me as we navigated through the system. He ended up getting a reduction in the charge and nothing went on my record. He likes to put off things" like not clearing his emails on phone..and puts off settlement of my case......sad ..

I am in total agreement with Mike Valdis. He did not answer calls, or pursue my case at all. Terrible and unconcerned.

So far he has returned my calls and if u think he is a bad attorney maybe u should hire Levine and Benjamin and let them put an attorney on your case with less than 2 years experience and get your claim denied. They say they help their clients every step of the way from applying to appeals on their tv commercials which should be false advertisement. They could appeal to appeals counsel, or re-apply, or appeal it to the federal court but they didn’t with me. Then Mr. Bimberg or however u spell his name told me if I gave him a bad review that he would charge me for making copies of all of my 1,000 pages of my medical records which he asked for. So think twice before hiring them. Mr. Shefman and his staff has always treated me professionally. Mr. Shefman told me from the beginning that he would be the one representing me and not hand my case off to anyone else even when I have a hearing unlike what Levine and Benjamin did with my case and gave it to a new attorney who worked for them with 2 years of attorney experience. I wasn’t the only one they did that too either just give my case to a new attorney. Every step of the way was a lie.

This man right here us a godsend trust me. 12 yrs. Ago he was my court appointed attorney, and i was in a bit of a jam with legal system he managed to really help me that i hired him as MY main and only attorney and has been since. I myself am no longer in trouble but i do refer any and everyone I possibably can.. He's a very honest lawyer not one to bs you he tells you EXACTLY how it is and is very fair as far as paying him... I RECOMMEND HIRING ERIC KUTINSKY AS YOU WILL GET TREATED LIKE FAMILY... what more could I say.. 120% guarantee this is the right lawyer for anyone..
